Step Into Spring at the Royal Golf Hotel – A Night of Fine Dining & Live Music!

Join us at the Royal Golf Hotel in Dornoch on Monday, 14th April, for an enjoyable evening of  seasonal dining and live traditional music.

We are celebrating the arrival of spring with a specially curated menu that showcases the very best locally sourced ingredients. From succulent Pan-Seared Shetland Scallops to indulgent Raspberry Crème Brûlée, each dish has been designed to highlight the flavours of the season. Choose from two courses for £42 or treat yourself to the full three-course experience for £48.

Spring Festival Menu Highlights:
Starters – Haggis Bon Bons with Whisky Sauce, Roasted Tomato & Goats Cheese Bruschetta, and more.
Mains – A luxurious Duo of Highland Beef, delicate Pan-Roasted Cod, or a flavourful Whole Roasted Aubergine.
Desserts – Rich Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta, velvety Raspberry Crème Brûlée, and the classic Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Afterwards, relax in our bar with Ruairidh Gollan, a talented local musician who will bring the evening to life with a blend of traditional Scottish tunes.
