Throughout the Spring Highland Festival Fortnight, the Dornoch Castle Hotel will offer a delicious range of seasonal specials on their dining menu.
Starters will include:
Asparagus – Crispy Hen’s Egg – Sourdough Bread – Dressing
Broccoli & Blue Cheese Soup – Homemade Focaccia
Mains will feature:
Rump of Scottish Lamb – Crushed New potatoes – Feta – Wild Garlic Pesto – Broccoli
Fillet of Scottish Salmon – New Potatoes – Wild Garlic – Brassica
Special Desserts offered:
Dornoch Gin Poached Rhubarb Frangipane – Rhubarb Sorbet
Rhubarb Mille Feuille
Lime Bavarois – Mango & Mint Salsa
There will also be the Castle’s tempting range of authentic Italian pizzas, with a featured Moroccan-style Lamb topping, all available to eat in or take-away.
Gluten free and vegan options will be available.
Casual dining is offered daily from
12noon – 2pm
6pm – 8:30pm
