Join us for a scrumptious seafood cookery demonstration with chefs Theo from Links House and Simon from the UHI North, West and Hebrides’ Cookery School.
Learn how to cook up a storm with fresh seafood kindly supplied by Pro Fish, Aviemore.
Starting with hot and cold smoked salmon canapes prepared by both chefs, we’ll then move on to steamed Portmahomack lobster with new season Jersey Royals, ably demonstrated by Simon. Theo will then prepare baked hand-dived Orkney scallops with seaweed butter. Delicious!
