Presented by Head Chef Theo Creton in Collaboration with Dornoch BID

Join fellow foodies for an evening celebrating the fabulous shellfish, meat, game and whisky sourced from Dornoch’s local area.

Hosted in the intimate setting of The Anteroom in Links House’s Glenshiel Building, both evenings will feature a menu of:

Canapes – Loch Broom Oysters / Sea Trout Pastrami / Wild Boar Salumi

Game – Ardgay Venison Tartare

Seafood – Portmahomack Crab Crumpet

Meat – Achavandra Beef Wellington

Dessert – Bramble Cranachan with Clynelish Whisky Cream

Petit Fours

Price – £60 per person

Drinks Flight – £30 per person

Time: 19:00 Arrival for 19:30 Dining

Guests will have a shared table experience, so please ensure to arrive by 7pm.

For those who wish to make a night of it, you can book a room at Links House for a special Dinner, bed and breakfast from £300 per couple.
