Festival Week

Dornoch Festival Week is held every August following the Highland Games, offering a packed programme of family activities!

Kids and families can enjoy an Exotic Animal Rescue Show and a Teddy Bears Picnic with Bubbles the Clown, featuring face painting and tattoos. Pet enthusiasts can bring their furry friends to a pet show, and sports fans can participate in a fun football event, kids’ sports and orienteering, and the mini Highland Games. There will be a Family Quiz for all the quizzers out there, and a Sandcastle Competition at the beach. On Thursday, attendees can try their hand at footgolf and fishing at Davochfin Farm, join the Car Treasure Hunt, or engage in Nerf Wars for different age groups. Bingo will also be held at the Social Club. The weekend features a Colour Run, The Great Festival Week Duck Race, and a Cricket event for children. Then it’s time to pull on your dancing shoes for the final night marquee dance.
