Comfortable house in new development

Our now extended (we’ve added a bedroom and shower room) detached 5 bed home is a new eco-house 5 mins walk from Dornoch Cathedral and 9 min to the golf club. A footpath through the neighbouring woods leads directly over the golf course to the beach. The house is on a quiet road and looks out onto open countryside to the rear.

There are five bedrooms, each with twin beds (three rooms can be made into superking beds) and three bathrooms. There are two lounges, a dining room, kitchen, utility/drying room.

The house is equipped with fibre broadband, Netflix/Amazon prime TV, bluetooth speakers, coffee machine (and milk frother!!), air fryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, outside furniture and a barbeque. The lounges have two large sofas each, a 50 inch smart TV and the dining table has seating for ten. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and utensils for 16 so you don’t need to wait for the dishwasher! We also have a whisky and gin bar with an honesty box for a choice of wee drams or G nT’s in the evening! The back garden gets the afternoon and evening sun, there is a patio with furniture and a barbeque.

Dogs by prior arrangement.

The shed contains four bicycles and helmets and an inflatable canoe and lifejackets.
