Balvraid Steading

You’ll find Balvraid Steading tucked away at the end of a private, tree lined farm track. This secluded, peaceful setting boasts views over the Fleet Estuary, hills and woodland, but is within easy reach of the neighbouring villages and the internationally renowned Royal Dornoch Golf Course and the spectacular Dunrobin Castle.

The Steading sleeps up to ten adults and is comprised of 3 king rooms and 2 twin rooms.
The Annexes can be booked in addition to the steading and are made up of 2 king beds and one twin.

Four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and can be found at the top of two stone spiral staircases.

The Steading’s spacious, fully fitted kitchen comes complete with two four rings gas hobs, two ovens, a microwave, enormous fridge and small kitchen appliances.

The property is heated by wood burning stoves and there is underfloor heating throughout.

Balvraid Steading is dog friendly so let us know if your four legged friend will be coming with you. A small additional cleaning fee will be chargeable.

WiFi is provided but due to the remote nature of the property, please be aware it can be a little sluggish!
