2 Quail

2 Quail is the ultimate luxury self catering accommodation in the heart of Dornoch. It was purchased in 2022 by two life-long friends from Toronto, Canada – both members of Royal Dornoch who love Dornoch, its golf, people and all of its surroundings.

Centrally located on Castle Street, 2 Quail was previously a B&B. A year was spent completely renovating and refurbishing the entire house to a standard that its owners hope will ensure enjoyment for themselves and others for years to come.

It is located with everything wonderful about Dornoch within walking distance. Turn left outside the front door and the Dornoch cathedral and castle are 100 metres away. Turn right outside the front door and the local pub is 30 metres away. The first tee at Royal Dornoch is a 10 minute stroll.

2 Quail includes:

• A fully stocked and renovated kitchen with a heated floor
• Large lounge room with 55” TV fully equipped for all sports and entertainment channels
• Scotch / dining room to relax with 4 large lounge chairs and an extendable table for dining room seating for 10; 55” TV fully equipped for all sports and entertainment channels
• 4 large bedrooms with Hypnos super-sized king beds – able to separate into single beds (8 in total); all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with heated floors; TVs in each room
• Boot / utility room with 4 individual storage lockers for golf bags, shoes and accessories, washer / dryer / sink and extra storage / drying out area
• Games room with darts, pool table, TV and lounge area
• Office (if you must) separate from all bedrooms and living areas; desk / chairs / printer / office supplies / whiteboard / lighting for online calls
• On-site parking for one; other free on-street parking available
