Hogmanay in Dornoch isn’t just centered around out Street Party; throughout the weekend we will have events at Dornoch Cathedral, Hogmanay dinners, first footing breakfasts, the return of the Loon Dook, New Year’s lunch, whisky tasting and much more.
The Annual Loony Dook will be held on 1st January 2023 at 10:45 am for 11:00 am swim to suit the tide times. As always, East Sutherland Rescue Association (ESRA) will provide safety cover in the water. There will be warm refreshments; donations to charity (card or cash).
The water and climate in January is very cold, so enter the water at your own risk. No unaccompanied children under 16 years.
