About the Dornoch BID

Supported by Scotland's Town Partnerships, Scottish Business Improvement Districts work to invest in and improve their local communities.

The Dornoch Business Improvement District (BID) has been established to improve the trading conditions for all businesses which qualify to pay a BID levy (those with a non-domestic rateable value of £1,000 or more) within the IV25 postcode area.

We invest collectively in local improvements over and above those provided by statutory authorities, in a partnership that brings together the business community, along with other stakeholders to work on projects that will benefit trading conditions for our members, boost the local economy, and provide improved facilities and experiences for both locals and visitors alike
